How We Handle Security & Privacy
- Video footage is stored per the retention period in your specific service agreement — we confirm this in writing before installation, not as a blanket policy.
- Monitoring signals route through Armstrong's ULC-certified central station, not a general-purpose cloud service.
- System credentials and access logs are limited to authorized users you designate — we don't retain standing access after project completion unless you've contracted for ongoing management.
